" Situated close to Montpelier Primary School, bus routes and general shops, this is a great opportunity to acquire a lovely family home which has been occupied by the present Owner since 1957. Over recent years there have been many improvements which include cavity wall and loft insulation in 2008, electrical consumer box upgrade in 2008 and annually serviced central heating system combined with uPVC double glazing. The spacious accommodation comprises an entrance porch, reception hall, sitting room with bay window and fireplace feature, a dining room overlooking the southerly rear garden, a kitchen and a useful utility/porch.
