" Just moments from the amenities of Caterham-on-the-Hill and under a mile from Caterham station is this very well connected 4-bedroom home. The attractive partially tile-hung home is set back from the road behind a very generous private driveway and further benefits from a large, beautifully landscaped garden to the rear. Built in the 1930โ€˜s the house has been altered to modernise and enlarge the interiors, including a generous extension, general cosmetic improvements and a recently refitted modern kitchen. The result is a stylish and generously proportioned home which offers further potential for enlarging with a loft conversion if desired (stp).
