" The property has been sensitively improved by the existing owners to provide a very comfortable, bright and spacious village home.

The well-proportioned living accommodation is set off a spacious galleried reception hall and includes a sitting room and dining room. The family room could be utilised for a number of different purposes including as a play room or work room. The very attractive and active village of Beech is only about two miles distant of Alton and is surrounded by fine Hampshire countryside within an unspoilt wooded valley between the villages of Bentworth, Medstead and Shalden. The village of Bentworth, about 3 miles, has a Primary School, ‘The Sun Inn‘ public house and church. The A31 at Alton provides a convenient route to the A3 and M3 linking to London, the south coast and beyond.
