Hill House is a distinctive Victorian bay fronted mid terrace house occupying a prominent corner position at the crossroads in the country village of Clows Top, adjoining the traditional butcher‘s shop to one side and situated opposite the village post office general store.

Outside, the driveway has two entrance exit points, one to Mamble Road and the other to Cleobury Road.

There is an old detached garage with double wooden entrance doors, whilst the lawned garden is of a good size, approached from the house by crossing the gravelled courtyard and standing side by side with the neighbours‘ garden. The LPG storage tank is situated here.
