" AVAILABLE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014, n++355 PER MONTH. This well presented three bedroom student property is in a great location for Christ Church students. Old Park Avenue is situated just off from Sturry Road; it takes twenty five minutes to walk to the Christ Church University North Holmes Road Campus, with the Augustine House student centre and library and the city centre being slightly further away at a thirty five minute walk. There are bus stops close to Old Park Avenue with regular routes going in and around Canterbury; two large supermarkets are just five minutes from the property. The city centre has a large shopping complex and an array of different shops offers a modern shopping experience. The main bus station for Canterbury is next to the shopping complex. Welcoming pubs, restaurants and clubs litter the city for varying choice and adds to its unique identity. Local train services in Canterbury are operated by South Eastern Rail.
