" The property forms part of a select, well established development on the fringe of this unspoilt village with surrounding panoramic views of the Oxfordshire countryside. The property benefits from five bedrooms, three reception rooms including a conservatory and a double garage

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, cloakroom, a sitting room with a marble fireplace and French doors into the conservatory and a separate dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wood fronted units with a built in double oven and hob with filter hood over. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There are four further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Tadmarton is situated due west of Banbury. It has a village street scene in local ironstone and a pub. A stream flows through the village to Lower Tadmarton to where it eventually forms the moat at Broughton Castle. Surrounding attractions also include Upton House (NT), Tadmarton Golf Club and Rye Hill along with several pubs/restaurants in the surrounding villages. A further comprehensive range of recreational facilities together with junction 11 of the M40 motorway and a main line railway station to London Marylebone can be found in Banbury. The property sits in the well reputed Warriner School catchment area with its sixth form potential.
