" Situation
Grantham is an historic market town, which is very popular with those who like country living and yet still have the ability to commute to London easily. The mainline station offers access to London Kings Cross in just over an hour. Grantham is approximately 26 miles south of Lincoln and 24 miles east of Nottingham and is conveniently placed close to the A1. The town has excellent primary and secondary schools, including a girls’ and a boys’ grammar school. There are excellent leisure and retail facilities and a thriving Saturday street market.

On ground floor, reception hall, 2 reception rooms, family living/dining kitchen, utility area and cloakroom, access to the large cellar.
