Living here has been wonderful for our growing family, especially as the play park is right outside our back gate. We also love to spend time in the garden enjoying the summer sun. Our neighbours are lovely and very much enjoy being part of the community. The front garden and all of the surrounding areas in Lambardes are one of the most well-maintained, and the gardeners are very friendly and hardworking; my daughter loves waving at them through the window each week. The local shops, library and pubs are only a few minutesβ€˜ walk away; and the primary school is less than a ten minute walk too.
