" A detached five bedroom house which has been cleverly extended, remodelled and refurbished to a high standard by the current owners, located on one of the premier roads in central Sevenoaks.

Originally built in the 1960s the house has been recently extended and renovated to provide bright and spacious internal accommodation of 2732 sq. ft., with generous living accommodation on the first floor - a layout designed to optimise the views and provide access to the garden from the reception areas. The d?cor is neutral with stylish and contemporary fittings, including a modern heating and hot water system plus solar panels (feed-in tariff) to maximise energy efficiency.
