" This is a large solidly built, 4 n++ bedroomed semi detached house situated in the heart of this much sought after South Cambridgeshire village. There is a gravel drive with off road parking for up to four vehicles and an integrated large single garage. Downstairs:- The front door leads into a hallway. Immediately off to the left is a double open plan living / dining area(276sq ft) with wooden flooring at the far end of which is a large glass door/window unit leading out onto a dwarf walled sandstone patio. Down the hallway is an open plan breakfast room(56 sq ft) next to a fitted kitchen(132 sq ft) with a separate utility room with access to the garage. The back door of the kitchen leads into the 1900 sq ft private lawned garden containing a greenhouse and wooden shed. Upstairs:- The first bedroom(190sq ft) on the right at the top of the carpeted staircase is the master en-suite. This contains the airing cupboard and also low level storage cupboards. The en-suite comprises a toilet, shower and basin. The view from the dormer window overlooks the garden and unspoilt open fields beyond.
