Located in close proximity to Wigston Town Centre the property is within walking distance of a wide range of local shops and amenities. The property briefly comprises an entrance hall with tiled flooring, stairs rising to the first floor and a useful understairs storage cupboard. The living room has a feature bay with the original Sash windows and original cast iron fireplace with timber mantelpiece and raised granite hearth. The second reception room has an engineered real wood floor and cast iron wood burner set again into a recess in the chimney breast. There is also access to the rear via UPVC patio doors.
