" It looks comfortable that's because it is comfortable - and that's when it's even empty of furniture. That says a lot about an apartment, indeed any property; when it looks good even unfurnished - well partially - and who knows if you make a decent offer the sofas may get thrown in (goodwill only you understand). This flat is vacant, so come and criticise both accommodation and sofa (if you can).

One of only Five This is a first floor apartment within a conversion of a lovely old Victorian semi with just five apartments. We're actually selling both this one and the one above. This apartment is very similar and almost just as big - but just one flight of stairs less for those of you less energetic and savvy enough to prefer the benefits of maximum heat retention versus living on the top floor .... Unlike the one above, this is a true flat, with all accommodation on one level; the other being what's called a 'duplex' apartment. An attractive hall has a few Georgian like glass doors off to the main living space: the living room and the kitchen dining room. This maximises light, not that light is an issue at this level due to such lovely big windows facing both north east and south east - with the latter having an open aspect view. Kitchen This is actually a kitchen diner, as you can see from both the floor plan and photographs - packs of room for your dining table. There are a range of free standing appliances that can also be negotiated for - microwave, washing machine, brushed steel oven etc. The gas central heating boiler is hidden within a wall unit. The living room is gorgeous. Neutral in it's soft colours and with a deep splayed bay window and central fireplace as the main focal points. The larger of the two bedrooms has the original, rich stained floor boards and two deep sash windows. Whilst the bathroom is fresh, modern and fully tiled and comes with a 'p' shaped bath with shower and screen over. Summary An altogether bright, light and modern fitted apartment with the space you'll only find in conversions of grand Victorian buildings. Outdoors and there is a communal front garden area and also parking facilities. Location wise, the apartment is just a ten to fifteen minute walk to Oxton Village, two in the car and there's a bus stop on the road to Birkenhead for either the train station at Birkenhead Park or for the tunnel.
