" An extremely large plot of land in the heart of the village currently home to a spacious bungalow that requires updating/improvement or the entire site could be seen as a development opportunity. At present the site is occupied by a large detached bungalow that was originally built in 1921 and has been added to several times since. In recent years the dwelling has been occupied as two homes with two separate council tax bands and in brief it comprises; two kitchens, bathroom, wc, sitting room, lounge, three bedrooms, study, utility room and conservatory. The windows throughout are a mix of secondary and double glazing and heating is provided by an oil fired boiler to radiators, although there are several night store heaters in the property that are currently not connected. In 2006 the adjoining land obtained outline permission for residential development under application number 05/00718/OUT. An original application in 2004 also included the land in question, however this was withdrawn due to the two separate owners not being able to reach agreement on the development etc. Offered for sale for the first time since 1921 the plot should be viewed so as to see its full size and potential.
