" Set in this delightful rural village location midway between the bustling fishing port of Brixham and the seaside resort of Paignton is this modern style three bedroom DETACHED BUNGALOW. The bungalow forms part of the exclusive Ferrers Green development built in the late 1970's/early 1980's wrapped around a central open green.  Country walks are on the doorstep, with easy access to the coastal path at Churston Cove and Elberry Cove.  The main Brixham to Paignton bus runs past the end of Churston Road, with the local shops at Churston Broadway being about one mile away.  There is gas fired central heating and the majority of the windows and doors are fitted with uPVC framed double glazed units.  The bungalow has been in the same ownership for many years and is now in need of improvement and up-dating.
