" THE PROPERTY.
The hallway has a cloakroom on the left as you enter and stairs to the first floor. To the right of the hallway is a light and airy dual aspect sitting room with a window to the front and French doors to the rear garden as well as a gas real flame effect log fire. The well equipped kitchenbreakfast room allows for plenty of natural light having a window and French doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is well-designed and has a full range of cupboards and drawers, an integrated electric oven and 4 ring gas hob. There is space for a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. To the first floor the main bedroom has built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms are also good sizes and the fourth bedroom currently acts as a study. The family bathroom has a white suite that also includes an over bath shower.

OUTSIDE
