" A well presented mid terraced property located in a popular residential area, with a lovely sized sitting / dining room on the ground floor, with a fully fitted kitchen to the rear which has a door to the rear garden. There is also a useful store room to the front as well as an excellent storage area under the stairs.
The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and a well appointed family bathroom.

Situation
The property is located within the thriving market town of Thatcham which offers extensive amenities with excellent shopping including a Waitrose and Sainsburys Local. There is also an excellent selection of pubs and eateries as well as leisure and recreational facilities. Thatcham Railway Station is only about 1.4 miles away and offers a regular service to London Paddington and the West Country. The countryside towards Ashmore Green and on to Cold Ash provides wonderful rural walks. The market town of Newbury is also within convenient reach and again offers a vast array of amenities including restaurants, theatres, cinema, recreational activities and extensive shopping. Newbury also offers good transport links including rail station with services to London Paddington and of course the renowned Newbury Racecourse. Major road connections are accessible, with Junction 12 for London and the eastbound M4, or Junction 13 for westbound traffic. Local schools are excellent, with a choice of very good primary and secondary schools in both Thatcham and Newbury.
