" VENDOR OPINION "Tucked away in a little backwater, Churchfields is just a stone's throw away from the heart of Audlem village centre with its 13th century church, shops, post office, pharmacy, doctors' surgery and cafes. Just a short stroll away and you could be watching life sail by on the colourful Shropshire Union Canal enjoying the obligatory al fresco lunch with friends in one of the many pubs in the village. Cross the threshold into the small reception hall with its built in wardrobe providing storage for those outdoor coats and wellies after your village walk, into the sitting room which is just as you would expect, light and welcoming. The conservatory provides great chill out space when the weather disappoints and where family and friends will surely want to gather after a light supper in the large breakfast kitchen. At the far end of the conservatory you will find sliding patio doors into the master bedroom - just imagine stepping out in the morning to enjoy a leisurely breakfast whilst listening to the birdsong on a spring morning - without the chill!!. There is a second double bedroom and spacious bathroom. Storage will never be a problem in our home as both bedrooms have a range of fitted wardrobes. What is special about our home is its corner position and pretty front garden with off road parking on the drive. The rear garden, whilst not very big, is definitely low maintenance. However, I'm thinking lots of garden pots with colourful summer flowers and a sun lounger - bliss. Life in the village of Audlem is individual and refreshing. Being part of a village community enjoying annual events and country pursuits makes for a quality lifestyle".
