" Situated in a fantastic location in Colchester, this property is a wonderful place to make your home. The property is housed in a quiet and clean development and is the ideal home for those looking to live next to great transport links and also to the town centre.

On entering the property you are greeted into the good sized entrance hall, with plenty of room for coats and shoes. To your left is the modern kitchen of the property, which has a lovely amount of floor space as well as plenty of cupboard space.
