Location

Acton Bridge is a small rural village set amidst some of the finest countryside Cheshire has to offer. The rural setting affords peace and quiet and access to some lovely walks including walks along the nearby River Weaver and Delamere Forest which is only a few miles away. There are two village pubs and shops are available in Weaverham which is approximately 2 miles away, Kingsley, 4 miles away and Frodsham which is around 7.5 miles away. The road, rail and motorway networks allow access to many parts of the North West with Chester, Warrington, Liverpool and Manchester within daily commuting distance.

From the centre of Frodsham, proceed up Church Street, B5152, and follow into Red Lane/Vicarage Lane and into Kingsley Road. Head towards Northwich following the B5152 through Kingsley and onto the B5153. Pass through Crowton and at Acton Bridge rail station and Hazel Pear pub, bear left onto Hill Top Road. Follow past The Maypole pub and upon reaching a fork in the road, bear left into Cliff Road. Chapel Lane is on the left hand side and the house will be seen on the left.
