" This is a great project to get your teeth into and, in our view, at a great price: for this semi does need a refurb' and a lot of tlc....

What it does have (apart from huge 'potential' ) is accommodation that is traditional with a suitably sized garden to go with. The house does have pvc windows although they're of an older system and there are storage heaters but they're only to ground floor and not terribly popular anyway and of course there is no kitchen to speak of - although there is a fairly large kitchen breakfast room to create one. The bathroom too will need replacing. Other items also need attention which we haven't listed but pretty much all that needs doing has been taken into account so our point is we don't want you making us daft offers way below the asking price please! What this home needs is a young family one of which works within the building world, a spark, joiner or plumber perhaps and who has friends that can help along the way..... In return for your efforts you'll have a great traditional family house with a drive and garden. The layout comprises a square hall, a spacious through lounge and this large kitchen/breakfast room and with three bedrooms and the combined bathroom at first floor. The lounge has a 'brickette' fireplace and central french door opening to the garden. As we have mentioned the kitchen/breakfast room is a great size too.
