" This attractive period home is approached to the rear of the property from The Common, and enjoys wonderful outside space and private parking. The living space is arranged over two floors, extending to over 1500 sq. ft. briefly comprising an entrance hall, a useful ground floor shower room, and a characterful sitting room with beamed ceiling. A separate dining room provides additional reception space, and the kitchen is fitted with a good range of base and wall units including a built in double oven and hob. A porch provides access from the front of the cottage into Post Office Square. Three bedrooms are arranged over the first floor in addition to a family bathroom. AGENTS NOTE: There is a flying freehold above the ground floor shower room and rights in favour of the neighbour to be able to have access via a ceiling hatch to carry out any repairs.

Situation
Siddington is a thriving village barely a mile to the south of Cirencester with local amenities that include a primary school, post office and stores, church, pub, village hall and well equipped playing fields. Close by, Cirencester itself is a thriving Market Town surrounded by some of the loveliest countryside in the Cotswolds.
