" This spacious bungalow is situated about 250 metres from the harbour foreshore in the much sought-after area of south-west Emsworth. The property is situated on Beach Road, which proceeds directly south to the beach and offers excellent access to residents via the Solent Way footpath. The property is dated internally and in need of a full renovation, though offers fantastic potential given its spacious plot and location. There is also scope to extend or convert the roof if desired, subject to obtaining the necessary consents. The current layout is bright and spacious, with good size rooms and lots of natural light afforded by large windows. The sun room to the rear of the house is a particularly nice space with views over the garden.
