" A very well presented three bedroom semi detached house, situated in a small residential close on the eastern edge of this sought after and pretty village with many local amenities.

This three bedroom village house has been subject to a thorough program of refurbishment and redecoration, including a wonderful kitchen/dining room, large sitting room, utility room and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom, double guest bedroom, family bathroom and third bedroom.

East Grafton lies to the south of the historic Savernake Forest in an area renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. The M4 (Junction 14) is 10 miles away, and the A303/M3 is also easily accessible.

Schooling in the area is catered for well at all levels with Marlborough College, St Johns Marlborough, Dauntseys, St Francis and St Mary?s Calne. Pinewood and Farleigh are also popular choices for children living in the area.
