" This attractively presented link detached three bedroom home is situated towards the head of a sought after cul-de-sac development on the fringe of the village which lies approximately one mile equidistant from the Wrexham boundary and a similar distance from Croesfoel, from where the A483 dual carriageway leads to Chester (13 miles). Village amenities such as a Primary School, Post Office, Convenience Store, and Medical Centre are available within a mile. The house was built in the late 1990's by Gower Homes, a local NHBC Registered Firm. It comprises hall, cloakroom, full width lounge to the rear with patio doors, and a light oak fitted dining kitchen with split-level cooker.
