" This handsome 1930โ€˜s detached house is located conveniently close to the centre of Cirencester and offers fantastic accomodation throughout, off road parking for several cars and all set within a 0.3 acre plot. Upon entry, there is welcoming hallway which provides access to the downstairs living space and the staircase leading you to the first floor accomodation. Downstairs there are several reception rooms, including a large sitting room with log burner, a dining room with bay window and a sunroom which can be accessed from the dining room or sitting room. The kitchen is equiped with an Aga, fitted cupboards, has access to the garage and offers views into the landscaped garden. The first floor accomodation offers four brightly lit large double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Burford Road is a much sought-after location due to its proximity to the town centre which is within walking distance. Cirencester is deservedly known as the &quote;Capital of the Cotswolds&quote; and is extremely accessible, being at the intersection of the Fosse Way and Ermin Way. The latter provides virtual dual carriage access to both the M4 at Swindon and the M5 at GloucesterCheltenham. There is a fast and regular Great Western Train service from Kemble (about 3.5 miles) to London Paddington which takes approximately 75 minutes with stops at Swindon, Didcot and Reading.
