" The front door opens into the entrance porch and then through to the reception hall with access to the livingfamily room, utility and cloakroom. The open plan livingfamily room has two sets of French doors opening to the raised terrace which overlooks the rear garden, an ideal space for al fresco entertaining. A super room with wood flooring and a focal point fireplace with wood burning stove, steps lead down to the dining room and sittingcinema room, a door opens into the kitchenbreakfast room and stairs lead to the first floor of the house. Both the dining room and sitting room have been upgraded by the current owners with recessed ceiling lighting and storage units in the dining room and the sitting room has a vaulted ceiling with two skylights. Situated around thirty miles west of London; Marlow is well placed for commuting into the capital. There are rail connections from the town centre to central London, whilst both the M40 and M4 are easily accessible, putting Heathrow and Gatwick airports within convenient driving distance.
