Details ThIs charming period cottage is located in a sought-after position close to the centre of Patrixbourne, a delightful old village about 3 miles South-East of Canterbury. The village provides a fine ancient church and large recreation ground and is surrounded by beautiful undulating downland offering fine walks. Bridge village, with its excellent range of shops, primary school, doctors? and dentists? surgeries etc., is about one mile.

3 The Green forms part of a terrace of 3 period cottages which are listed Grade II as being of architectural or historic interest and are located within the Patrixbourne Conservation Area. The cottages are thought to date from the 17th century or earlier and have some outstanding period features including a fine inglenook fireplace, several old mullioned windows, numerous exposed beams and mellow red brickwork.

The cottages have previously been converted into a single spacious dwelling but planning permission has now been obtained to reinstate them as two separate properties .
