" ACCOMODTION
Set at the end of a quiet, private, residential cul-de-sac this property has been fully renovated by the current owners and would make the perfect home for a first time buyer or an investor.

Entering into a light and airy living room, finished with wood effect flooring, the property benefits from a conservatory to the rear, which brings in yet more light. Glazed french doors allow the conservatory to be shut off from the living room enabling it to be used as a second reception that leads onto the rear garden. To the front of the property is a cleverly designed kitchen with integrated appliances, including a useful slim line dishwasher. Traditional shaker style wall and base units, complete with solid wood worktops and tiled walls, bring a modern feel to the very practical space.

The bedroom and bathroom are accessed by a well designed, space saving, spiral staircase. The double bedroom offers views over the rear garden, with plenty of space for furniture and access to the partly boarded loft space. The bathroom offers an over the bath shower, WC, hand basin and towel rail as well as a handy storage cupboard.
