" Well positioned within this wide road which is approximately 1 mile from Billericay High Street, this 3 bedroomed detached home offers scope for some remodernisation and has been extended to the ground floor to include a larger kitchen and downstairs cloakroom.This would make an ideal family home with local shops, bus routes and schools all within close proximity and offers IMMEDIATE VACANT POSSESSION.To the ground floor there is a good sized 20'10 x 11' lounge opening onto a dining area of 13' x 7'10 and the 12'7 x 11' kitchen has a casement door opening directly onto the good sized rear garden.
To the first floor there are 3 good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. A driveway to the front leads to the integral garage and there is a side entrance into the rear garden.

This was our parents property for over 25 years. They found there was a good community and lovely neighbours and as they had a dog they loved the fact that the open fields at the top of Langemore Way provided for lots of long walks. Local shops are also closeby for day to day needs.In recent years they added a downstairs cloakroom and replaced the windows, soffits and garage doors and last year replaced the front door to make the property as maintenance free as possible. They found the garden was a good size and especially liked the fact that it is unoverlooked.
