" 70 Little Yeldham Road offers a unique opportunity to acquire a substantial detached property, in a pleasant rural location, with the benefit of an adjacent building plot, with permission granted to construct a large four bedroom detached property with an attractive outbuilding. In addition, the property sits in a generous plot of approximately 1 acre (sts).

The existing property offers exceptionally versatile family accommodation arranged over two floors. of a characterful nature, that is well-suited to modern lifestyles.
