" Sitting in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful semi rural location within striking distance of Woking town centre, this is a superb and extremely rare opportunity to buy a modern equestrian home. The house has been hugely enjoyed by our clients during their time there as well as immaculately maintained and it is indeed, extremely rare to find a modern home of this quality with such excellent equestrian facilities attached.

Throughout the house, the emphasis is very much on presentation which is neutral and clean lined which adds to the overall feeling of light and space and which makes this a house into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily, should they so wish. It also works extremely well on a practical day to day living basis taking into account the needs of modern day living with an excellent separation between the informal and the formal living spaces which also gives a degree of flexibility to the way in which the accommodation can be used. There are three main reception rooms on the ground floor, all of which have a wonderfully warm and comfortable feel to them as well as inter-connecting with each other which means that they work extremely well on an entertaining level. The drawing room on the front also has a beautiful central fireplace and double opening doors that lead through the dining room into a wonderful conservatory on the back of the house with delightful views out over the garden and the paddocks beyond. Also on the back of the house, there is a beautifully fitted kitchen/breakfast room which has a comprehensive range of wooden units as well as a range of built in appliances that include a stainless steel oven and hob, a deep Butler's sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and wine cooler. There are also a range of granite and wood worktops and a tiled floor complete with underfloor heating. From the kitchen, there is a door into a very useful utility room which also has a personal door into the double garage.

Upstairs, the rooms continue in the same light and airy vein with a superbly proportioned master bedroom that runs from front to back and has delightful views out over the garden and again, to the fields beyond while in one corner, is a recently refitted en-suite shower room. The remaining bedrooms are likewise all doubles while the family bathroom is also very well fitted out with a white suite. All in all, this is a very comfortable and extremely well laid out family home in a tremendously attractive and highly convenient location. "
