Chapel House is a lovely three bedroom cottage in a quiet location in the village of Wilstone. The house is on a no-through road. The village is a ten minute drive to Tring Railway Station which has a main line to London and Birmingham. It is only 3 miles to the centre of Tring, which has a good range of shops and supermarkets.

The front door opens on to the living room, which has wooden flooring with a wood burning heater and door to rear courtyard garden area.

The kitchen/dining area has tiled flooring with storage cupboard and understairs storage and is fully equiped with integrated cooker/hob, fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine.

Stairs lead from the dining area up to the three bedrooms, all of which have skylight windows and are carpeted throughout.

The main double bedroom has built in wardbrobes and windows to the front and side aspects.

The second bedroom has shelves for storage and the option of leaving the wardrobe if required.

The third bedroom is currently set up as an office and has storage shelves.

The bathroom, boasts a corner jacuzzi bathtub with a shower over and has a large storage cupboard and feature window.
