" The property is decorated in neutral tones with a light and airy feel. Off the main hallway is the sitting main reception room which has patio doors to the rear garden and a focal fireplace. There is a large kitchendiner, with ample cupboards and integrated fridgefreezer, double oven and hob.

Three bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the main accommodation.

The property has been extended over the years to include a one bedroom annexe with sitting room and shower room which is set behind the garage; making it ideal as a granny annexe or guest accommodation. It has direct access off the main entrance hall.

Situation
Pewsey offers excellent local shopping facilities including a supermarket, doctorβ€˜s surgery, dental practice, a sports centre with swimming pool, post office, chemist, public houses and churches of various denominations. Pewsey has Railway Station which provides mainline services to London Paddington (about 1 hour 10 minutes). The market towns of Marlborough (approx 7.5 miles), Hungerford and Devizes (both approx 13 miles). The M4 motorway lies to the north with the A303 (M3) to the south. The stunning ancient landscape in the Vale of Pewsey is designated as an AONB and still contains many unspoilt traditional Wiltshire villages. The Kennet and Avon canal runs close by.

The property is approached via a drive with parking for several cars which leads to an integral garage. The front garden is neatly laid to lawn with a number of mature shrubs.

The rear garden is accessed from both the property and via a gate to the side which leads around to the back.
