" Ideal for the first time buyer a well appointed and decorated starter home. Just bring your furniture and move in !!!!! Offering very good value for money this home is well placed for commuting to local cities and towns. Just a couple of minutes drive into Cleckheaton town centre.

Located in Littletown, Liversedge and well placed for local walks and the Spen Valley Greenway. Local amenties include Londis Convenience Store and the Old Oak Pub. For the sporting types Spenborough Swimming Baths, Princess Mary Playing Fields and the Skate Park are a couple of minutes walk away.
