OUTSIDE A block-paved driveway leads in off Bredfield Road with the majority of the front garden being laid to lawn with shaped shrub border. The driveway continues to a car port and through to the timber garage with gate beside opening to: THE REAR GARDEN. South-west facing, initially with a paved courtyard, accessed via both the kitchen and the conservatory. A pathway continues with a side door to the timber garage and further on to a vegetable garden with eight raised beds with paving in between. The vegetable garden is entirely enclosed by trellis and exited the other end via an arch which leads to the far end of the garden where there is a timber summerhouse, measuring approximately 12' x 8' with a large crescent-shaped window with glazed door enjoying much of the day's sunlight.
