" DESCRIPTION Situated on the rural edge of the famous historic and highly desirable village of Castle combe, this modern mid-terraced is set within a cul-de-sac of similar homes and is easily accessible to the village centre and amenities. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and extends in all to just over 1,100 sq.ft. On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to the front living room which has parquet flooring and continues to the open plan good-sized kitchendining room. The dining area is filled with natural light through double patio doors whilst the kitchen also has a side door to the garden. There is understairs storage and the kitchen is fitted with modern units. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and a recently refitted family bathroom. The top floor provides a further double bedroom with a Velux Cabrio balcony overlooking the garden. The property has been extended in the past and there is further scope for enlarging the accommodation subject to planning. The garden has been well-landscaped with a raised timber decked seating area, steps down to a lawn and two large sheds at the rear besides a pedestrian gate providing rear access. Unallocated off-road parking is easily available at the front whilst a front lawn sets the property back from the road.  

SITUATION The very pretty South Cotswolds village of Castle Combe is a world famous tourist destination and quaint village famed for its traditional and unspoilt Cotswold cottages and streets. The village is a regular location for the film industry with movie‘s including ‘War Horse‘ and ‘Dr Doolittle‘. Within walking distance to the property there is the Manor House Hotel with its Michelin star Bybrook restaurant and the golf club which has a Peter Alliss designed 18 hole course, regarded as one of the top 100 in the UK. At the heart of the village is the 14th Century Market Cross, a small hotel and a public house. The nearby racetrack is also a popular attraction. There is an excellent road link to the M4 (Junction 18 7.5miles) and Bristol and Bath. Fast trains from Chippenham can reach Paddington, London in 75 minutes.
