DESCRIPTION
An opportunity to purchase a detached three bedroom bungalow set on a generous plot within a cul-de-sac location on the outskirts of the popular town of Carterton. In need of some cosmetic redecoration the property offers generous room sizes that could offer flexible accommodation with the opportunity for new owners to really put their mark on the property. On entering the property there is a porch area leading into the entrance hall. To the right of this is the Sitting/Dining Room, and further on is the generous sized Kitchen/Breakfast Room. Both of these rooms face out the front of the property. At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom which currently has a large sit in shower unit used by the previous owner. All three bedrooms are towards the rear of the property. The largest bedroom is a well sized double with views over the garden. The second bedroom also benefits from rear garden views and is also a double. Bedroom three is a single bedroom.Externally the property has a well sized driveway that could comfortable accommodate three cars and with redevelopment of the front garden could feasible hold more, there is also a single garage that benefits from rear garden access. The rear garden is very generously sized and could make an attractive garden for children to play, or for those with green fingers. The garden faces in an easterly direction and has the benefit of not being overlooked. The property is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating installed. It is our opinion that this would make a superb family home, or an excellent property for those wishing to downsize. A viewing of this property is highly recommended.
