      The house is located a short walk from the recently re-developed Egham Town Centre with its many shops, pubs, restaurants and new cinema, as well as the mainline railway station to London Waterloo. At the end of the road is the recently re-built Egham Orbit Leisure Centre. The property has been owned by our client since it was built in 1973 and requires modernisation throughout.
