" A beautifully presented detached family home, which has been extensively improved in recent years to create an attractive home. The property retains many of its character features and generous proportions throughout with good size windows providing an abundance of natural light. The property is well situated just over half a mile from the station and town centre, in one of Reigate-s most desirable areas that offers good access to schools, transport links and local amenities.

The accommodation extends to over 1100 sq ft comprising an entrance hall leading to a sitting room with feature fireplace and bay window, a separate dining room and an open plan kitchen which is fitted with a good range of appliances and modern wall and base units. There is excellent potential for a rear extension if desired (subject to the necessary consents).
