" Homeside is a charming semi-detached cottage, situated in this rural location on the edge of the village of Beechingstoke. The property has been extended and modernised over the years by the current vendors, and is presently arranged maximising entertaining and living space, with a wonderful dining room opening through to the sitting room. There is a very well appointed fitted kitchen with plentiful work space and storage, accessed from both the dining room and inner hall. Upstairs is configured with a large double bedroom, family bathroom and a further single bedroom.

Outside the property has a well-tended garden mainly laid to lawn, leading to a garage, currently used for storage, with a parking space to the front. Beechingstoke is a small, highly attractive rural village situated four miles west of Pewsey, located in the heart of the Vale of Pewsey, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village itself has a delightful church with medieval origins, and further amenities are available in nearby Woodborough, approximately 1/2 mile away. The village of Woodborough offers a thriving primary school, garden centre and cafe. Homeside is within easy access to Pewsey, with its broader range of amenities including express trains into London Paddington (70 mins). Popular pubs nearby are 'The Seven Stars' at Bottlesford and 'The Millstream' at Marden, both in lovely rural settings. The village offers excellent walking and riding on your doorstep. For the motorist, easy access to the M3 (A303) & M4 motorways - all within 30 minutes.

Directions: From the centre of Pewsey take the A345 towards Marlborough. After passing the mini roundabout take the first left turn into Wilcot Road. Continue over the railway bridge, taking the 1st turning on the left. Follow this road, going straight over at the crossroads, for approximately 3 miles. After passing the Woodborough Garden Centre on your right, take the left turn over the railway bridge heading for Bottlesford. Follow the lane down past the Seven Stars pub on the right, continuing down to T junction. Turn right and Homeside can be found on the right hand side after about half a mile. "
