" This two storey apartment is located in a beautiful period manor house to the north/west of the city centre in a quiet semi-rural location.

The property, which is part of the east wing of Northlands house, was originally constructed circa 1800 and forms part of the conversion and extension of the building into apartments in 1984.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment is well presented with an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. Stairs rise to the second floor leading to the bedroom and bathroom. The apartment enjoys a south facing aspect and is bathed in natural light. The apartment also benefits from glorious views over the grounds and farmland beyond.

The freehold of the property is shared between the ten apartments, and the 125 year lease commenced in 1984. No pets are allowed.
