" An imposing semi-detached early Victorian home, architecturally and interior designed, and totalling near 3,000 sq ft over four floors. This family home has been renovated extensively after a back to brick project to include the bones of the house. The exterior appearance is striking with wide stone steps and off street parking. The raised ground floor offers a library and reception room with dual original marble fireplaces, cast iron radiators, oak herringbone parquet, sash windows with shutters, intricate coving, and restored cornicing. The lower ground floor is home to the indulgent and expansive bespoke kitchen extension complete with stone kitchen island. It features quartz tops, matt white doors, birch ply, concrete tiles, under floor heating, exposed brickwork, utility room and pantry, and crittall bi-folding doors framing the view of the landscaped rear garden which faces west and reaches almost 90ft. A TV roombedroom and full bathroom complete this floor; the exterior dual access allows for this to be used as a guest or nanny area. A beautifully moody staircase takes us to the first floor which houses two bedrooms. The second bedroom en-suite is complete with handmade Mexican tiles and bespoke taps while the principal suite boasts bespoke wardrobes and an en-suite with polished cast iron roll top bath and marble vanity. The top floor offers two further bedrooms with another family bathroom with Carrara marble bath surround and vanity. Final points of note include an electric car point and side access. "
