" A very well presented 3 bedroom family home situated in a quiet close just above Henley-On-Thames town centre. The towns shops, restaurants, train station and the River Thames are all within walking distance. The property has a part garage conversion which has created a study/playroom whilst keeping a useful storage space at the front of the property. There is a large master bedroom with built in wardrobes and enusite shower room. There is off road parking to the front and a private, enclosed garden to the rear. There is potential for extension above the garage (subject to the usual planning permissions). The property is within Trinity Primary School catchment.
Accommodation
The front door opens into an entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom. A door on the right opens into the dual aspect Kitchen/Dining room which is a fantastic family space. The Kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level cabinets and tiled in a pretty white and light blue check. A hallway leads through to the 18ft living room which spans the width of the house. The living room overlooks the back garden through the glazed sliding doors. The garage has been part converted to create a very useful study/playroom but this could also be used as a separate dining room.
