" A rarely available five double bedroom detached family home with integral garage and stunning gardens, situated in a private and tucked away position towards the end of a sought after cul de sac, convenient for local schools (including Caterham school), town centre and train station. The property is set in an elevated position with fabulous, wide-ranging views across Harestone Valley and green belt land.

The property was built by the vendor in approx. 1988 on a plot chosen especially for its convenient location and views. Built to a high standard with solid oak joinery, it is well-presented and offers light and airy accommodation of generous proportions extending to 3,368 sq ft.
