" This part of Newbury Park sectioned off by the A12/Eastern Avenue, creates a little bit of a community feel about it. There are a few shops not too far away, so it is easy to grab a pint of milk, and there are some local schools nearby too.This property would be an ideal first time buy or even an investment as the two reception rooms and kitchen with the three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, are just enough space to create a happy home.There is some off road parking at the front of the property, and at the back, both the neighbours have extended out, which subject to planning permission, could be possible with this one.

We have rented this property out previously and we have been very happy with the return.We like the location because it is fairly quiet but the transport links are on your doorstep.We have decided to sell this property now as we live a bit further away, so we may look for a new project closer to home.Before we intended to sell it, we did give the property a lick of paint which we feel brightens it up a bit ready for the new buyer.
