" Four bedroom detached double garage property. Wow a hidden gem. located adjacent to linford Wood on a huge secluded corner plot must be viewed to fully appreciate. Surrounded by mature gardens the setting of this property is very special indeed and in our opinion unmatched in the area.

34 years ago Mr and Mrs C found what was going to be their long term family home by complete fluke whilst visiting a relative nearby. At the time the small private development Woodview, Milfoil Avenue had just started construction. They fell in love with the Type B executive property located hidden away in the far corner. Mr C recalls at the time they were up against extreme competition and had to pay a premium to secure the house. Some of the many attractions being the fantastic private driveway to the front of the property, the privacy, wonderful outlooks from the wrap around gardens and views of Linford Wood. Another key factor for Mr C was the amazing parking. Before his retirement he was a transport contractor and found this was the first property he could park his vans securely out of sight from any surrounding houses. The location was ideal for walking to the city centre where Mrs C worked and close to major road routes including the M1 for Mr C. Mr C says this has been a perfect family home with great memories for him, his children and grandchildren but it is now time to downsize and enjoy the rest of his retirement
