" A well presented three bedroom semi-detached house situated in a desirable location in Drayton. The property is located within catchment areas for both Court Lane and Solent Primary schools and Springfield Secondary school. The accommodation comprises to the ground floor a living room to the front, a central hallway and a kitchen / dining room overlooking the rear garden. To the first floor there are three good size bedrooms and a modern bathroom suite. The property is double glazed and gas centrally heated.
