" Located in a cul-de sac location is this three bedroom detached home on the Chatham and Walderslade borders. On entering this property there is a small porch area opening into the good size lounge and dining room. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden with an internal door leading into the garage. Upstairs there are three separate bedrooms of which two are double sized rooms and the family bathroom. Outside the property has front, rear and side gardens along with the summer-house/workshop which has a concrete floor, fully lined inside and fitted with power and light, marking it ideal for a home office, workshop, toy room or extra storage space.
The local shops are within walking distance of the property and its well situated for local bus routes into Chatham, Walderslade and Maidstone town centres along with only a couple of minutes drive to the local A2/M2 motorways giving access to London and the Kent Coast. If you are looking for a detached home that is well cared for and well located then this property must be top of your viewing list.

I have lived in this property for approximately 10 years and have enjoyed living here as being in a detached house means that you don't have to worry about noise from neighbouring properties. I liked the fact that there was a driveway along with a 20' garage which gives me extra storage space which has proved invaluable over the years. I built a summer house in the garden which I use as a workshop for all of my DIY projects. Previously I had applied for planning permission to convert the garage into a further reception room with a bay window to the front and the Medway Borough Council have given the ok for the go ahead. I am moving as the property is just too big for myself.
