A Grade II listed terraced town cottage requiring modernisation, occupying a position just off the market square in the town of Dartmouth. The property has plenty of period features as well as the modern conveniences of gas fired central heating. Dartmouth is an historic port with cottages reaching down to the waters edge. It is a world famous yachting centre with excellent facilities for the boating fraternity.
