" Slowly motoring along this beautiful country lane with its generous detached houses lining both sides of the street, Rosedale gently appears on your right hand side, standing well back behind its railings topped walls and twin In/Out gates, its private grounds extending to 1.48 acres and including a large Leisure Building and an attached Indoor Swimming Pool Complex.

Originally a bungalow, the property was significantly enlarged to an exacting build quality by the current Vendor in the 1990`s and extended again in later years to now boast spacious and lavish accommodation, centred around the hugely impressive, double height Hall with its Galleried Landing.

Three sets of Double Doors off the Hall open in turn to a 19ft x 17ft Rear Lounge and twin front Reception Rooms - both 17ft x 15ft 7 into their walk-in Bays. In addition, a 15ft Dining Room sits next to the 17ft Kitchen, lending itself to create a large open plan affair if desired and off the Kitchen, a large 11ft Utility Room does for all things laundry.

The Split Oak Staircase flows up to the Galleried Landing with its large picture window within the central Gable. The four bedrooms occupy each corner upstairs, the Extended Master Suite enjoying the whole of the side extension over the Garage which also includes a huge walk-through Dressing Room, large Ensuite Shower Room and a private Balcony. Two further Bathrooms serve the other 3 bedrooms - a stylish Ensuite and the grand Main Bathroom with its sunken Bath and separate Shower.

Attached to the main House is the superb Swimming Pool Complex. This incorporates a 30ft x 15ft heated Pool, a large Changing room with shower and an adjoining WC Room. Plus up the far end a Bar will keep the drinks flowing and beyond this is a fully equipped Kiitchen, ideal for grand scale outside entertaining.

Ramsden Bellhouse Village itself is highly sought after, with an active and friendly community plus the neighbouring town of Billericay has a mainline link to the city (London Liverpool Street in 35 minutes).
